Q: How do I reset my Switchplate Wireless Controller to its original program settings?

A: To reset your Switchplate Wireless Controller to its original program settings follow these steps:

1. Long press the “Home” button to power the controller down.

2. Long press both the “Home” and “+” buttons at the same time until the controller rumbles.

3. Turn the controller off and then on again - the controller will now be recalibrated to its original program settings.

Q: The colors on my monitor don't look right when using my PingPro LAN Edition - what can I do to fix it?

A: Please adjust the Elgato 4K software HDR settings. Hold Control and click on the cog icon at top right and check the following boxes under the Device menu:

- Enable HDR Tonemapping on Device when Closing Software

- Use HDR Tonemapping on Device

 

You may also adjust the following settings on your device:

- Settings > Display and Brightness > Displays

- Select Elgato (1440HDR)

- Select Standard Dynamic Range (SDR)

A: We do not suggest you place your phone with a Gaming Glass attached into a case not designed to accommodate the Gaming Glass. We have designed our cases to be your daily driver with beautiful design, premium materials and comfortable ergonomics to rival the best cases on the market. Q: Is the MGC Gaming Case available for phone models other than iPhone?

A: We have launched MGC with a focus on iPhone exclusively, but we have plans to expand our line with products to support popular Android phone models in the future. Our Gaming Glass technology however is not compatible with phones which feature curved-edge screens.
